Truck/Rail Scale Controller Analog/Digital Weighing Data Management System

HB-8228A is designed for the needs of digital or analog, truck and rail track scale in the industry. It combined together with following multi-functions: weighing indicator, computer data management, internet interface, external remote display, weight setting control etc. It saves users space, supplies two-printer output interfaces. HB-8228 can print out weighing value, statistic report and other details at the same time.HB-8228A shows hint areas, users does not need to memory all the operation process, it is easy and friendly for any user.

HB-8228B can connect to any brands and types indicator as the data management controller.

Operation and Performance Features:

1/60000 Display resolution internal resolution of 1/16000000, up to 16pcs digital load cell can be connected.
Humanize disign: Easy, simple operation. The HB-8228A/B is designed with complete system operations from one simple key.
The HB-8228A/B is designed with interactive indication where operator is asked for required data and error messages indication.
System can be inspected, amended or clear all of in memory data on line.
Two (2) centronic type (parallel 8bits, TTL-LEVER), printer port. Easy to interface impact dot matrix ticket printer and roll tape printer.
Memory holds up to 5000 completed weighing data.
500 Tare weights can be preseted and memory by I.D. number.
500 Weight ID(Truck No.) can be memory temporarily
EMI/RFI protection for use in electrically noisy environments.
Both of RS-232 and RS-485 communication serial interface available.
Ethernet (TCP/IP) internet interface

Analog Load Cell: It can be connected any brand, any type analog load cell.
Stable Performance- the weight value signal transform to digital signal in the wigher sid then convey to the HB-8228A/B, it is different from traditional weighing sytem trans messages via weak analog signal therefore HB-8228A/B enhances the ability of anti-interface and transmission distance, the weighing system becomes more stable.
Convenient Calibration- Each LC of the multi-LCs weighing system does digital transmittion itself. It is different from traditional weighing system's LCs parallel connection and decreases the difficulty in calibration substantially.
Easy Repair-Each LC's load point has its own weight value indication in the multi-LCs weighing system; therefore the user can differentiate the weighing system's deviation or LCs' bug. It is convenient to maintenance and repair.
Multi-Matching- The Smart Digital Junction Box can be connected with any brand, kinds of Analog Load Cell then upgrade the traditional Analog weighing system to Digital weighing system directly.
Data Collection- The HB-8228A/B is provided with DATA Logger design, the DATA Logger design can analyze and online detect by collecting each Digital LC's data.
Smart Detection- The HB-8228A/B can judge the in/out bound Truck belongs usual freigt-truck, aqua-truck while weighing, to start the related software to make the user can receive stable and accurate weight value quickly and effectively.
