CONTINUOUS WEIGH FEEDER SYSTEMS

The model HB-888 weigh feeders are designed for continuous of a weigh feeding system. Which will control and monitor the flow rate of bulk materials, such as minerals, chemicals, grains, plastic powders or a variety of other bulk materials. The HB-888 will handle them reliably, in harsh application environments, feeding accurately from 1kg/hr to 50,000kg/hr and more.

- Totally enclosed stainless steel construction.
- Easy access and disassembly.
- Cantilevered frame design allows the conveyor module or belt to be completely removed in minutes without the need for tools.
- Enclosed no maintenance cog belt direct drive AC gear motor. A no maintenance cog belt drive ensures reliable and accurate conveyor movement without need for lubrication or adjustment.
- Automatic Belt Tensioner insures a constant belt tension at all times, even under changing loads or temperature.
- Sealed bearings for long life and maintenance free.
- Quick removal side guards.
- Belt tracking run-off limit switches.
- Sealed junction box.
- High quality finish, the surface finish is equal to 2 B.
- Enclosed belt speed sensor.
- 2 blade scrapers 304 SS material at belt discharge, return side belt and tail pulley.
- The weight feeders can be suspended or floor mounted.
- All weight feeders have a shock mounts design.
- Manually adjusted 304 SS material shear gate.
- 304 SS material feed cut-off gate.
